Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a free trial?
First-time users get a free trial for the first 7 days. You’ll register a card when signing up, but if you cancel during the trial, you won’t be charged. After the trial ends, your chosen plan will start automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account page under “Change or Cancel Plan.” Even after canceling, you can use Pro until the end of your paid period.
Will my records be deleted if I cancel?
No. Your practice records and free features like word lists will stay available.
If I cancel the yearly plan partway, do I get a refund?
There are no partial refunds for unused time. If you cancel before your next renewal, you won’t be charged again.
How can I pay?
You can use credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Typtation does not store your card information.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes! For shadowing, your device’s microphone is used (please allow mic access in your browser).
Can AI score any English?
Scoring is available for phrases from videos on the site. AI scoring is for reference only.
